In the presence of honorable university president professor Dr. Basim Khalil Nail Al Saedi, the engineering council represented by the honorable college dean the assistant professor Dr. Laith Rashid Karawi honors the assistant professor Dr. Mithaq Niama; on the occasion of the end of his mission assignment from the duties of the department’s presidency of prosthetics and orthotics engineering.
